Absolute Custom Catering is a division of Mankato Independent Originals and has been serving the Greater Mankato community for over 50 year starting with Adrian’s Eatery and Saloon. Owners Christopher Person, Patrick Person and Natasha O’Hara all own and operate restaurant venues in the community which include Tav on the Ave, Neighbor’s Italian Bistro, DINO’S Pizzeria and Number 4 American Bar & Kitchen. Absolute Custom Catering offers menu items and expertise from these four venues along with menu items specific to events and parties. Whether it’s a business meeting, lunch, dinner, wedding or party, Absolute Custom Catering can accommodate any size group and is Available Anytime, Anywhere.
